Our general pest control covers the most common household pests in Rhode Island: ants, spiders, wasps, silverfish, centipedes, earwigs, crickets, and occasional invaders. Specialty pests (bed bugs, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks) have dedicated service programs.

We recommend quarterly (every 3 months) service for most Rhode Island homes. This matches the natural seasonal cycles when different pests become active and provides year-round protection without over-treating.

Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied according to strict label guidelines, with a focus on targeted crack-and-crevice and perimeter applications rather than broadcast spraying indoors. Your technician will share any specific re-entry or precaution instructions for your treatment.

In most cases, no. Exterior perimeter treatments do not require you to leave, and interior treatments typically only require a short drying period (30 minutes to 1 hour) in the treated areas. Your technician will let you know if any additional precautions apply.

If you see pest activity between scheduled services, just call us. We return at no additional cost to re-treat covered pests under the service agreement. This is included in every quarterly plan.

For occasional single pests (a spider in the bathroom, one ant in the kitchen), DIY is fine. For recurring activity, multiple pest types, or any sign of nesting, professional treatment is significantly more effective because we identify the source, treat entry points, and prevent re-establishment. Most DIY approaches treat symptoms rather than causes.
